工业以太网 fc rj45 接头能够快速、方便地与 4 芯工业以太网 fc 连接电缆（2 x 2）进行现场安装。
使用工业以太网 fc 剥线工具，可以一次性剥去电缆外皮和屏蔽层，并方便、快速、毫无问题地与插塞接头进行接触。 由于插塞接头没有任何小的易丢部件，因此即使在苛刻的工况条件下也能安装。
使用新型插塞接头，可实现工业以太网的端到端链路（100 mbit/s），两个数据终端/网络部件之间的距离可达 100 m，而无需插接线。
带 ie fc rj45 接头的 fastconnect 电缆的使用
design
工业以太网 fc rj45 接头有两种结构：
它们用于最优化连接工业以太网快速连接电缆到数据终端及网络部件。插头都配有坚固的工业兼容金属外壳，可防止数据通讯过程中的故障。
4 个集成绝缘刺破型触点，可很容易地连接 fc 电缆，防止故障。在剥皮电缆端插入刀形端子（开式铰接）之后，压接并与导线接触。
由于其结构紧凑，插塞式接头（180°ie fc 接头）可用于带有分立式接口的设备以及带有多接口（排）的设备。
数据终端外壳上带有附加支架，可减轻插塞式连接时的应力负荷。
functions
ie fc rj45 接头用于连接非交叉 100 mbit/s 以太网，距离最远 100 m，无需使用插接线。 通过交换插头中的发送和接收线对，还可以连接交叉电缆。
打开外壳，里面有彩色标记，即可很方便地将芯线与刀形端子连接。 通过由透明材料制成的触点盖，用户可以检查是否有接触不良现象。
